As governed by a Board of Directors, the Emmaus Kidz & Company falls under the umbrella of Emmaus Outreach; nationally known program which began in 1992 serving children, youth and women through various life-challenging mediums for learning. The mission focus of the program has been to serve through the arts, academics, travel and training, while creating a mentoring-prevention climate for mainstreaming students back into society as productive citizens. The majority of our program participants have transitioned into college or armed services with an exemplary track record for success. Currently, over 3500 student participants have completed their tenure with the program.

The overall focus of the program has been to mentor while improving the quality of life through both abroad and domestic travels.
